Virtual Assistant ( Loan Processor ) Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Previous banking experience with experience in Mortgage loan processing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting.
  • Manage the loan process through the mortgage software system (AFG - Flex Knowledge will be an advantage).
  • Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met.
  • Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives.
  • Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients.
