As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing high-level quality service for well-known IT companies from all over the world.

What you will do:

Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms;
Conduct meetings with clients;
Handle email correspondence with the prospects;
Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs;
Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities;
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management;
Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

What you need to succeed in this role:

2+ years of proven experience in business development is a must;
Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar;
Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market;
Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking);
Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
Have successful closed deals;
Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner;
Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts;
Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively.
