Role Summary:
As a pivotal member of our consultancy team, you will guide our diverse clientele on optimizing/implementing their field service operations using Wello Solutions. By applying your understanding of enterprise software and industry best practices, you’ll streamline processes and enhance functionality, offering tailored FSM solutions.
Essential Duties:
- Evaluate and improve clients’ field service operations, collaborating closely with their teams and integrating Wello FSM software solutions effectively.
- Identify optimization opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance service efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Implement and support Wello solutions, including training clients and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in FSM software implementations, with a strong background in project management, business analysis, or change management.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Local native language and proficiency in English is required
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a passion for learning and adapting to different industries.
- Experience in consulting roles and direct implementation of FSM solutions is preferred.
- Experience in software integration and building connectors is a plus.
