We are excited to offer a unique and dynamic opportunity for a talented individual to join us as an Operations and Finance Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the operations of our firm, supported by top professionals in their respective fields. You will work closely with senior management in running daily operations of the firm and finetuning related policies and processes, ensuring continued success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist all aspects of daily operations, managing relationships with various vendors and service providers (accountants, fund administrators, auditors, lawyers, banks, IT, etc.), ensuring smooth organizational function.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and effective communication within a team-based setting are essential for success in this role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations, demonstrating excellent project management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Intellectually curious with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Experience in blockchain or fund operations is a plus.
