Job description

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager (Marketing Production Manager) to oversee the production of our marketing materials. This role is essential for ensuring that our marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.

After applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment following your Online Introductory Call.

What you will do:

Prioritize tasks for the creation of marketing materials, including designs, landing pages, banners, and promotional videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to determine project priorities and deadlines.
Coordinate the end-to-end production process for all marketing materials.
Assign tasks to internal team members and external vendors, ensuring clarity and understanding of project requirements.
Source and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers for various creative projects.
Ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Conduct quality checks and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing, design principles, and content production processes.
A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
