As the HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM), you will hold a key role within the HR team providing end to end Support of Stats Perform people management systems. In this role you’ll report directly to the HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for Stats Perform people management systems.
  • Act as the technical and functional expert, delivering data insight information to support HR and broader business needs.
  • Ensure system tools, processes, and reports effectively support the HR team in delivering core services.
  • Provide a broad range of operational and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Utilize extensive experience with HRIS and Oracle HCM for hands-on implementations, system maintenance, and development.
  • Work in a fast-paced, media environment, managing tight deadlines and meeting the requirements of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

  • Day to day management of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, Expenses, Time and Labour, and Benefits.
  • Responsible for identifying and building functional enhancements within the application, creating code and structuring the process workflows.
  • Implement change requests and enhancements.
  • Management of daily HR support issues and the ‘go to person’ for Global HR team requests.
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve system user problems and can create/modify processes and reports.
  • Develop and distribute analysis and reports using OBIEE and/or BI Publisher for various areas of the business.
  • Conduct bulk data loading using HCM Data Loader, when required.
  • Be part of the team looking at the long-term road map of Oracle system.
  • Develop measures to define progress and successes.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud – Core HCM, Absence, Goal and Performance management, Workforce Compensation and Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
  • Have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM system configuration, possess detailed SQL knowledge, and ability to run HDL codes.
  • Good understanding and experience of Oracle Enterprise structures and the overall set up to support customization.
  • In Depth SQL knowledge to run adhoc queries and HCM data uploads.
  • Experience of creating reports using OBIEE and/or BI Publisher.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification
  • Experience of working in a global matrix environment
