Job description

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Develop and maintain applications using cloud architecture working in Jira and Git
• Ability to build from user stories and be active in technical design
• Build efficient, scalable, secure, and observable applications
• Able to take and give feedback in team meetings and code review
• Build and maintain highly scalable services and workflows
• Be proactive and responsive in addressing technical issues

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Software Developer
• Capable of self-deployments in a well-defined container pipeline
• Firm understanding of cloud infrastructure Solid experience with one or more of the following: Node, C#, Rust, Python
• Understanding of SQL and document database development
• Experience with workflow engines (SDVI Rally, Airflow, Step Functions, Argo Workflows, Jenkins, etc.)
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application


Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Aptitude/Communication skills
a. Able to work hard independently and with others collaboratively
2) Media Experience
a. Disney, Xbox, etc.
3) Experience with CICD
a. Continuous integration and continuous deployment experience.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
• Open to feedback and being managed.
• Background in media
