Job description

We are currently hiring an Investor Account Management Investor Request Staff to join our team, supporting one of our largest private equity clients. The principal responsibility of this position is to provide investor service support to the client’s investors globally as noted in the responsibilities section below.

The individual will primarily work within the Salesforce platform to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment.  The individual will work with the Investor Request Leads to manage requests for the designated Fund Families.  The position requires strong listening comprehension and communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

Investor Request Management (90% of time)
· Utilize Salesforce to assess, action and ensure completion of investor requests for the designated Fund Families.
· Own requests delegated to them and liaise internally as needed to source information required to ensure responses provided are accurate and complete, and responded to within the time allotted.
· Act as backup resource to the Queue Coordinator as needed.

Project Management (10% of time)
· Report task status updates to the designated Investor Request Lead promptly.
· Work closely with Investor Request Lead to manage investor expectations and ensure quality and consistency of service provided to the client and investors.
· Maintain working knowledge of assigned requests, following escalation procedures as needed.

Knowledge, Education, Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
· Demonstratable client service experience.
· A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and see the bigger picture.
· Strong research/data mining skills.
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
· Strong listening comprehension skills.
· Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and diligent.
· Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· High integrity and must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
· Advanced PC skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
· Intermediate level Excel skills.
· Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, or another CRM systems a plus.
