3+ years experience with Digital marketing and basic abilities on creative tools such as photoshop and indesign favored.

Strong written and spoken English skills.

Exceptional communication and organization skills.

Experience with platforms that host podcasts, Set up of calendly and some experience setting up CRM platforms favored.

Know how to use Canva and have beginner to intermediate skills in photoshop and indesign. FB ad campaign set up, EDM sending platforms, like mailchimp, hubspot etc to set up email campaigns.

Strong communication skills; able to create compelling content.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).

Basic marketing knowledge & eagerness to learn digital marketing.

Detail-oriented, organized, & able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with e-commerce platforms preferably Amazon and Shopify.

Ability to perform ad hoc administrative tasks.

Core responsibilities:

Complete ad hoc admin tasks proficiently and professionally.

Plan, execute & optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns; coordinate logistics & monitor performance.

Create & manage content for various marketing materials; maintain content calendars.

Conduct market research & competitive analysis; develop strategies based on insights.

Manage & support digital marketing channels & SEO efforts; engage with social media followers.

Provide administrative support; coordinate events & assist with budget tracking.

Assist other teams to deliver results across a variety of different marketing styles

Email Marketing - Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific customer groups, analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements

Assist in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads
