Job Description

You are a passionate Customer Success Manager and love to have direct contact with customers from different international industries? Do you see identification with our product as your top priority? At Flip, you can expect a Customer Success department that is divided into CS Management, Support and CS Engineering. This enables us to offer our customers an optimal experience and find the right answer to every question. As part of a dedicated CSM team, you will proactively ensure that our customers are successful and satisfied and realise the full potential of their Flip app.

 
What you can expect from us
  • Independently onboard and support our strategic Mid-Market & Enterprise customers to ensure successful implementation and scaling of our solutions.
  • Design and implement customer-specific account development strategies to become the world's most used employee app and revolutionise the way frontline workers work.
  • Build and maintain sustainable, trusting and successful customer relationships.
  • Project management throughout the entire customer journey, including planning, implementation and monitoring of projects as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active involvement in shaping and continuously optimising our Customer Success area with the opportunity to take responsibility for internal projects, teams or the development of new best practices.
  • You are the internal advocate of our customers to the other teams such as Product and Engineering and thus contribute to the continuous development of our product.
 
What you bring with you
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer success, consulting, account management or project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS scale-up.
  • Sound project management skills with a talent for prioritisation
  • You have strong communication and empathy skills in dealing with customers: the ability to proactively manage customer expectations, recognise their needs and translate them into action.
  • You are used to working in an energetic and dynamic environment and managing multiple projects and processes in parallel
  • You are a charismatic and customer-centric team player who inspires internal and external stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset, but also with a practical hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English round off your profile
