Job description

Luminary Group is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Channel Partnerships with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE). As the Senior Director of Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners in the healthcare industry to drive the adoption of our RWE solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the RWE landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy to drive the adoption and sales of our Real World Evidence solutions in the USA.
  • Identify and target potential channel partners, including consulting firms, technology providers, CROs, and other relevant organizations in the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at channel partner organizations, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of goals, mutual benefits, and clear expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement resources, and partner-specific initiatives to support channel partners in promoting and selling our RWE solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to channel partners, including training, regular communication, and joint sales activities.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and making strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate partnership leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RWE solutions with channel partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including consulting firms, technology providers, CROs, and other relevant organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans, including identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and implementing joint initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and propose innovative partnership strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
