Luminary Group is partnered with a leading global biotech company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the field of biotechnology. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive business growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base within the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the DACH region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the biotechnology industry.
Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and R&D, to develop customized solutions for clients and address customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and market challenges.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate sales reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential customers and promote Luminary Group's products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the DACH region and the biotechnology industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ability to understand and present complex scientific and technical information to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally.
