Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Analyst. As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with data analysis, reporting, and insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the field of HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is open to fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Support the HR department in data analysis, reporting, and insights
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on human resources best practices and industry trends
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including resume screening and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
