Business Development Lead

The Render Foundation is on a quest to revolutionize the intersection of blockchain technology and digital content creation through the Render Network. In pursuit of this vision, we're seeking a Business Development Lead who can identify and forge strategic partnerships, expand our network, and drive our growth initiatives.

The Role

As the Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Render Foundation. Your work will directly influence our strategic direction, focusing on partnership development, market expansion, and the creation of value for our community of artists and creators. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and negotiate with potential partners and stakeholders.

Your Objectives
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with the Render Foundation's mission and objectives.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the Render Network's reach and impact within the digital creation and blockchain spaces.

  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand the Render Network's capabilities and articulate its value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the foundation's goals and long-term vision.

Your Skills & Talents
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the technology, blockchain, or digital art sectors.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in digital content creation.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement growth initiatives.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community members.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in or a strong understanding of the digital art and content creation ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with the Render Network and its technology stack.

  • A track record of successful partnership development and market expansion initiatives in a technology-driven environment.
