What you’ll be doing
Taking direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of Financial Crime Team Leads/Managers and indirect management of agents
Ensuring correct implementation of staff training, quality assurance, development and performance programs, along with Training Leads and Operational Managers
Providing direction for multiple complex projects to maximize overall benefit and alignment of our strategic goals
Reviewing and managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operations KPIs
Developing a process for improving user CSAT, complying with our quality guidelines
Helping to build and implement processes and standards for delivery through the global network
Demonstrating excellent business analytics to perform root cause analysis
Driving continuous problem resolution time and support improvement
What you'll need
At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
1+ years of previous experience working within a FinCrime operations/investigations/legal/ compliance environment
A background in managing teams of 30+ employees (including Team Leads/Managers)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple challenges simultaneously
An excellent problem-solving approach and demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved different metrics
To be logical, analytical, and have experience resolving team productivity or quality issues in efficient ways
The ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide practical solutions
Ability to take a data-driven approach to identify root causes, measure performance, and drive process improvements.

Compensation range
Vilnius: €3,000 - €5,500 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €3,000 - €5,500 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
