We're looking for an Accountant who'll report to the Head of Accounting Shared Services. This is a big deal.
Accountants at Revolut provide high-quality, efficient service to Revolut entities around the world. You'll be working with teams from North America to Australia and everywhere in between to support the accounting function with financial close, audit, and many other services.

What you’ll be doing
Dealing with day-to-day accounting operations and recording them in the entity's books in accordance with applicable regulations with the utmost care
Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliation, AR, AP, and assisting with audit activities
Supporting controllership of Revolut legal entities around the world
Conducting variance analysis and improving accounting practices
What you'll need
1+ year of experience with month-end closure procedures, including reconciliations
Experience with month-end activities within a large company or shared service company
Experience with reporting requirements
A STEM degree from a top university in your country
Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
Independence, responsibility, diligence
A hands-on and positive attitude, willing to give everything a go from drafting accounting technical papers to cross-company global projects
Excellent organisation skills to plan and organise work efficiently and effectively
Nice to have
Accounting experience with a financial services company
Previous experience in a fast moving fintech, a top-tier retail banking/PE, or hyper-growth start-up within a regulated business environment
Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite system
