Your missions

Job Overview:

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our Customer Experience team to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and enhance overall satisfaction levels. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calling prospective clients who filled up our lead forms(our clients are managers & senior professionals from mid to large companies).
  2. Understanding their requirements & scheduling their meetings with experts in the company.
  3. Making entries in our CRM & keeping the CRM up-to-date.
  4. Assist in creating & updating customer support documentation & FAQs.
  5. Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the industry trends & best practice in customer experience management.
  7. Conduct research & analysis to gather insights into customer behavior & preference.


Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
