Job description

Located in Tallahassee, Florida, the Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers is a statewide, non-profit member association. The association is comprised of the Florida Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers. FACC Services Group, LLC, dba CiviTek Solutions was established in 1991 to provide financial and technical services for the Clerks of Circuit Court and Comptrollers of the State of Florida. CiviTek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Florida Association of Court Clerks, Inc. (FCCC)


A Brief Overview

The Programmer Analyst II serves as a programmer/analyst (developer) in support of applications and business process for IT systems.  The job requires designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET applications with SQL databases, working independently, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and architecture. The salary is $70,000.00. There is no sponsorship or relocation available.


What you will do

  • Architecture Design: Understand the design of complex desktop and web applications considering scalability, performance and maintainability.
  • Development & Implementation: Develop clean, efficient and well documented code using established frameworks and design patterns.
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code review to ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
  • Requirement Gathering: Help senior developers in gathering, reviewing technical requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Help identify and implement performance improvements to optimize application performance.
  • System Integration: Help to integrate various systems and components into the overall application architecture.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Deployment & Maintenance: Help to deploy applications to production environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science or Management Information Systems or relevant work experience  Required  
  •  5 years of computer programming experience. Required 
  • Ability to write computer software on Microsoft .Net platform using: 
  • C# 
  • .Net Core 
  • Entity Framework Core 
  • Visual Studio 2022 
  • Experience with web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and REST services. 
  • Good Knowledge of the SQL Server T-SQL query language to include troubleshooting queries, creating stored procedures, functions, and views with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher. 
  • Familiarity with Windows Forms, WCF Services, InstallShield, Telerik Web Controls, and SQL Server Reporting Services. 
  • Ability to analyze software requirements and design systems and applications from those requirements. 
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects and assignments. 
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills. 
  • Work well in a collaborative environment with other team members. 
  • Ability to function as a conscientious employee with a strong work ethic who pays attention to work, product and process details.
