Vendor Experience and Skill requirements or its equivalent

10+ years of JD Edwards systems architecture and administration experience in a MS SQL environment.
10+ years of JD Edwards systems functional knowledge and experience.
10+ years of JD Edwards systems development experience.
Verifiable experience with Government agencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Where applicable, extensive knowledge with developing and supporting annual Open Enrollment Efforts.
Where applicable, extensive knowledge with developing and supporting annual payroll and benefits year end efforts.
Where applicable, extensive knowledge with developing and supporting E1 pages and user workbenches.
