Job description

**Remote in the US - No PST candidates please

System Administrator - Bullhorn**

Support Bullhorn, customizations, integrations and manage user access to its tools and back-office components.

Support testing, onboarding, training, implementation, user adoption, and training initiatives for Bullhorn.

Field and resolve Bullhorn user support issues with technical expertise, accuracy, and timeliness.

Contribute to and guide a knowledge base of "how-to" user and support focused documentation and learning materials in conjunction with our training team.

Build and maintain relationships with sales and recruiting managers, and become recognized as a reliable Bullhorn SME.

Collaborate with different departments and teams to identify and implement business solutions that intersect with, and leverage, Bullhorn.

Regularly evaluate and recommend improvements to our use of Bullhorn and surrounding toolsets by leveraging operational analytics, processes, and systems.

Document and maintain all processes and standard operating procedures within Bullhorn.

Participate in the planning and execution of new Bullhorn-related enhancement projects.

Test new Bullhorn configurations, features, and integrations prior to their rollout to the larger organization, resolving or clearly escalating any issues you encounter.

Setup and test new Bullhorn native automation to drive workflow efficiency and data accuracy. **

Required Skills**

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills with a high sense of urgency and proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams

Education and Experience

UAT experience

Go live experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

SNOW ticketing experience preferred otherwise some ticketing system experience in a metriced environment required

Must have prior systems administration experience with ATS and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Must have experience with sales operations, marketing operations, and/or enterprise software support. **

Experience With Workflow Automation Software Is Preferred**

Experience in staffing or executive search is preferred

Experience with Microsoft SQL Studio, Power BI, or other reporting tools is preferred
