As our Regulatory Reporting Accountant, you'll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports.

You'll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, Statistical, and Annual Pillar III Reports across multiple jurisdictions, so there's always something to learn 😎

We have our own in-house framework for reporting, and guess who we want to help develop it even further? That's right, you.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing and reviewing current regulatory reports, including capital, financial, liquidity, resolution, statistical returns, and Pillar III reports

• Supporting the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring all regulatory reporting requirements are being met

• Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas

• Participating in bank examinations and internal and external audits

• Communicating issues with appropriate data owners

• Monitoring issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved

• Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting

• Working closely with colleagues in Technology, Treasury, Risk, Finance, etc. to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest standard

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance or reporting function for a bank, or as a consultant/auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) for financial services

• Experience working with financial reporting for banks, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Resolution, or statistical reporting

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• The ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports, as well as enhance existing ones

• A self-starter, independent working attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment

• Strong organisation skills to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience working with financial regulators and IFRS accounting standards

• Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Adenza/Axiom)

• Experience in regulatory policy

• Experience in software or IT platform change initiatives

• Experience in project and people management

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €5,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
