We're looking for a Real Estate Workplace Manager who'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our office environment is not only delivering wow, but also reflective of our commitment to a people-centric workplace. You'll be responsible for managing the property portfolio and strategy of our company and delivering a seamless experience for our employees and visitors.

What you’ll be doing
Coordinating Revolut office fit-out procurement contracts, managing project plans, and overseeing execution.
Managing office acquisition projects from inception to occupation, including assembling and leading consultant teams
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope and objectives
Presenting fit-out project options and recommendations for review
Facilitating key-stage handovers and supporting business expansion through market analysis. Driving ongoing education on the Revolut business model
What you'll need
An architectural, construction, or facilities management background
Experience leading mid-to-complex office and/or retail fit-out projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience managing external/third-party partners in property acquisitions
Impeccable negotiation skills

Compensation range
Lithuania: €2,100 - €3,300 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
