Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote cruise vacation packages.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences.

  • Build rapport with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences effectively.

  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to book their dream cruise.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

  • Follow up with customers via email to provide additional information and support.

  • Demonstrate consistent and reliable performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests in the CRM system.

  • Stay informed about the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, coupled with fluent English proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

  • At least 1 years of experience in sales in the BPO/Call Center industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • A natural affinity for achieving sales targets, with a record of consistent performance.

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/service tools.
