Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with all relevant Account executives and Sales leaders within the Microsoft teams of your region.
  • Do account mapping exercises with Microsoft and internal teams to keep spotting new opportunities.
  • Create a way to make sure that we are the top-of-mind partner within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Come up with new ways to make sure that we help Microsoft sell licenses.
  • Get creative and collaborate with tech-partners account executives to make sure that leads/opps are shared with us at an early stage.
  • Keep our internal AMs and Sales leaders up to date on any opportunities and news regarding Microsoft and its relevant products.
  • Drive our Go to Market Strategy within our key markets and improve it where needed.
  • Leverage your strong network to spot new opportunities.
  • Lead the generation of the pipeline and sales funnel across all sales channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional sales.
  • Track record of closing complex sales deals and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels in complex organizations.
  • Create a strategic plan for cross- and upsell and align with our internal teams.
  • Help BDRs create the right focus to make campaigns more effective.
  • Work together with our Partner Marketing Leads to set up an ongoing stream of new content.
  • Come up with new ideas that can elevate our Microsoft Practice


Requirements
•               Account management experience in the IT industry - Ideally in Insurance, BFSI, life sciences OR retail
•               Driven by targets
•               Basic understanding of contracts, terms, and conditions, and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard T&Cs
•               Understand basic financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget, leasing.
•               Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns (via planning / LOB strategies) to increase sales
•               Develop Ownership, Quality, and Responsibility culture within the Sales team
•               A true hunter sales professional with demonstrable success over a prolonged period
•               Demonstrable experience in selling Microsoft offerings and associated consultancy services
•               Excellent networker with experience working at Cxo Level, both end clients and Salesforce
•               Ability to articulate a solution, technology, and product positioning from a commercially driven business perspective
