Job Summary And Qualifications**

As the Operations Analytics Manager, you are responsible for monitoring and understanding the overall AR and cash flow performance within their SSC. You are charged with ensuring the cash and AR KPIs are achieved and are able to identify any impacts due to on-shore, our global workforce, as well as automation initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with SSC Departments and Corporate SRT Leadership to optimize revenue performance goals. **

In this role, you will:**

  • Analyze AR for impacts due to onshore staff & processes, our global workforce and automation initiatives
  • Responsible for supporting effective performance in key indicators in assigned area, such as cash flow, insurance aging, underpayment collections and denial management.
  • Identify trends in operational performance of onshore impacts as well as SRT initiatives and process improvement opportunities to ensure maximum impact to net revenue in assigned department(s).
  • Work with Operational and SRT leadership to develop future enhancements for current initiatives that are established.
  • Collaborate with Payer Analytics Manager, Operational leaders and SRT leadership on payer process changes to quickly adapt our current processes to optimize performance.
  • Use data mining tools to perform ad hoc analyses as assigned by department Director.
  • Facilitate design sessions and operational review meetings with SSC leaders, focusing on process improvements to communicate to SRT team.
  • Operational trainer/SME for vendor roll out and ongoing education needs

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.
  • Minimum one to three years’ experience in related area (with two of these years being healthcare management experience) or current participant in the Parallon Manager Trainee Program.
