Job description

The Account Manager will be responsible for the success of ESG accounts by managing the overall relationship, but working closely with other departments and teams within the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to implementation, training on software, transition plans, account planning, dispositions, research, answering client questions, running both internal and external calls, and maintaining overall client satisfaction. In addition to daily responsibilities, this person will assist with monthly client reports, account reviews, and planning/executing projects to help with client needs. They will be required to both effectively manage their work and seamlessly meet corporate and portfolio-wide needs. Travel is required. Responsibilities** - Assist with account review development/presentations - Relationship management with executives and senior management - Assist with monthly reports - Conduct internal and client calls - Conduct research and answer client questions - Project management - Coordinate and work with internal teams between the ESG department and Account Management department, among others

Qualifications - Strong communication skills, instinct, and a proactive approach that matches specific nuance/liking of the customer - Business knowledge - Intimate knowledge of the contract, scope requirements, and proactive management of the necessary parties within the company - ESG knowledge helpful, but not required (can be learned on the job) - Real estate experience, property management required - Project Management experience preferred - Ability to learn quickly - Proficiency in Excel and Word - Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines - Creative problem solver - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Work well with others and handle difficult situations including client escalations successfully - Effective communication and analytical skills - Ability to work through challenges, find creative solutions, and stay calm under pressure

Education & Experience - 5+ years of experience with managing clients or project management - Bachelor's degree in business-related field
