Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers.
  • Improve on boarding processes.
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Minimize customer churn.
  • Aid in product design and product development.
  • Establish Customer Support Practice.
  • Provide Technical and Product Support
  • Enhances Customer training
Minimum Qualifications :
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success role.
  • SaaS and E-commerce experience is good.
  • Hands on experience in channel & operations management.
  • Experience in Philippines market is good.
  • Ability to work with the global team in different geographies, cultures, and time zones to solve customer problems and escalate as necessary
  • Hands on experience in some CRM tools.
  • Good experience in Customer success, consulting, business development or any sales role.
  • Hands on experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to handle contract management.
  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and deliver customer success.
