Who we're looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Contract Student Success Manager capable of providing support to our students on our programs in Israel. We expect that you're a vibrant and enthusiastic person with background in customer success or support roles, who will interact with our online students and staff and get them excited about new learning experience.

Contract Student Success Managers (SMs) play a vital role as the biggest cheerleaders for our students! They ensure a pleasant and enjoyable study environment by maintaining frequent communication and checking on students' well-being and study progress. From the moment students join us until graduation, SMs accompany them throughout their academic journey and become their biggest supporters and advocates for their success.

What you will do:

Communication

  • Check up on each student in direct messages;
  • Hold interviews with students: feedback sessions about the program, interviews before a student takes a break or leaves the program;
  • Build and develop the community of students on Discord.

Events

  • Organize and hold events - onboarding, graduation, live meetings with tutors and other speakers.

Dashboards and spreadsheets

  • Update information about academic breaks, expulsions, progress;
  • Calculate statistics about students’ progress, create and help testing hypotheses about improving the learning process.

Interaction with the team:

  • Participate in team meetings, provide insights on the learning process. Since our SMs are the ones communicating with students, they know best what problems students face, how they feel about the program, etc.;
  • Send students’ feedback to other team members, and vice versa updates from the team to the students.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work Sunday-Thursday from 9am to 6pm (Israeli time, (GMT+2);
  • You’re fluent in written and verbal English — our programs and all communications are in English, so it’s necessary to speak fluently;
  • You love helping and caring about people — our success managers are always there to help our students, check up on their motivation and ask for their feedback;
  • You’re a fast learner — we conduct a lot of experiments, often change our processes, it’s ok not to know something but it’s necessary to learn and adapt fast;
  • You’re careful with numbers and analytics (Excel, Notion, Miro) — a success manager works with certain data and collects some feedback manually. It requires patience and attention to detail;
  • You are proactive and are great in solving problems laterally.
