About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. In order to build a top sales organisation, we need a world-class Sales Enablement team to build the structures and support to scale our teams. 🚀
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help scale our knowledge management and communication function within the department. 📣 You´ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating a world class knowledge management and communication program for Revolut Sales. ⭐️

What you’ll be doing
Designing, developing, and delivering innovative and impactful knowledge management and communication strategies for the Sales Department
Developing and managing the sales knowledge base. Ensure that all content is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with current sales strategies and market trends
Creating internal communication strategies to keep the sales team informed about product updates, sales strategies, and market intelligence
Facilitating effective communication channels, such as newsletters, internal webinars, and team meetings, to ensure that sales representatives are aware of important updates and initiatives
Working across all levels of the sales department to assess needs, gather input, and support the building of impactful resources and content
Analysing results (both learning and business) to provide insights and solutions to continuously improve our resources
Collaborating with sales leadership to prioritise and communicate important updates and initiatives
Partnering and supporting a wide range of internal team projects
Prioritising and influencing projects in a fast-paced environment using data analysis
What you'll need
2+ years of relevant sales and/or sales enablement experience
2+ years of communication and knowledge management experience
Knowledge of content management systems
Fluency in English with excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
An ability to multitask and manage a large volume of projects/requests
Strong collaboration skills to earn trust at all levels
A solution-oriented approach
