We’re looking for a Company Secretary to join us in our growing Legal team at Revolut’s Lithuania office.
You'll ensure that the organisation complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities. They're the company's named representative on legal documents, and it's their responsibility to safeguard that the company and its directors operate within the law.

What you’ll be doing
Providing expert governance support to Revolut’s Lithuanian entities' supervisory and management bodies and their committees, which will include the preparation of agendas, circulation of meeting packs, and drafting of minutes
Influencing and communicating effectively at executive level to ensure good local governance, helping to ensure alignment of processes across the group
Arranging execution of various corporate documents (shareholder resolutions, KYC related documents, extracts, forms, applications, etc.)
Ensuring necessary statutory registers and files are up to date and fillings are made with relevant company registers
Supporting the delivery of initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving the governance function
Representing Revolut’s Lithuanian entities vis-a-vis third parties, mainly Legal Registers and Notaries, and other public institutions
What you'll need
Fluency in English and Lithuanian with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
Similar working experience
A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
The ability to draft clear and effective minutes with minimal support from senior colleagues
Strong team working skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at senior level
Focus on client delivery
The ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
The ability to communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders, while providing clear and succinct governance advice

Compensation range
Vilnius: €2,600 - €2,900 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €2,600 - €2,900 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
