Job Overview**
SCS Global Services is launching the Global Heat Reduction Initiative (GHRi), a groundbreaking approach to climate change mitigation, climate accounting, and the voluntary carbon market, based on the latest IPCC science. We aim to help businesses, public sector agencies, and civil society group around the world lower their climate impact through measures that contribute directly to lowering the planet’s excess trapped heat in the short term, so we can build a viable bridge to a net-zero future.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager with strong project management, writing, digital marketing, content creation, analytic, and social media skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, intellectually capable, curious, creative, and highly productive problem-solver who knows how to get things done as part of a smart and fast-moving team. This person has a demonstrated interest in sustainability and restoring the planet’s climate balance and a track record of creating and executing digital marketing strategies that connect with audiences.

_ Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- General Project Management: While the unique responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager are listed below, we all execute tasks beyond our specific domains as needed to stay on track with our aggressive launch and operating plans.
- Product Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, sales, and product development, to create marketing strategies. Outline product timelines and oversee the project’s successful execution.
- Digital Marketing: Develop multichannel marketing campaigns that elevate our unique products and services in the marketplace. Use analytics, tailored content, and CRM to increase brand visibility and generate leads for our sales teams, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms. Create social content that rivets audiences, fosters engagement, builds community, and grows our presence in the global climate conversation.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to produce compelling articles, social media posts, graphics, and videos. Write strong copy on deadline. Combine science and creativity to engage and persuade audiences.
- Brand Advocacy: Be a brand advocate, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect our commitment to the climate and our brand’s values.
- Competitive Positioning: sector mapping, trends, finance, climate tech actors, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, environmental studies, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates strong content creation skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging marketing materials
- Proficiency with platforms including Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- An open mind that combines inspiration with analytics, creativity with process, and individual initiative with a commitment to teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the climate and sustainability sector is highly desirable

Working Remotely**
At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office. **

$61,000 - $83,000 **
