Wakam is a European B2B2C insurer that designs white label insurance products for its partners (e-retailers, brokers and fintechs/insurtechs, etc.). Our insurance products are embedded in the products or services offered to the end-customer.
We operate in 32 European countries with the majority of our turnover generated outside France.
We provide most of our products through API, and hosts white label insurance solutions via our Play&Plug technology platform.
In a context of double-digit growth, delivering the expected promise to our partners requires constantly adapting the way we operate.
Wakam is launching an ambitious transformation program and is seeking a Transformation Manager for a permanent position to build the operational model of tomorrow.
Within the Transformation & Performance Squad reporting to the Top Management, you will be the lead on strategic projects and will lead the transformation to take Wakam even further in the pursuit of performance and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for driving major transformation projects, ensuring the proper execution of the transformation plan, and facilitating the associated governance on :
