“Wakam From Anywhere (WFA)” is a programme built to attract and retain talent from all around the world. Want to work in Australia for a year? Benefit from the Digital Nomad visas of Spain or Greece? Or perhaps you want to experience work for a European company from your home office in Mexico? Up to you! The only restriction is that you must stay in one country for a minimum of 8 months per year (mostly for taxation reasons)
Work environment
Work from anywhere : We provide you the tools and flexibility you need to do your job well. Your holiday allowance is aligned to the generous French scheme no matter where you are in the word, and you can travel to our Paris office (with your partner and family!) at the end of your probation period to meet everyone in person, on us! In return, we expect you to bring your best ideas, be present, have a calm/quiet place to work and check-in regularly with your team and manager.

Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Short term freelancing : You want several clients, with several missions. We are ready to hire you for specific short term missions.
Fixed term contract : You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for few months if you want.
Slashing : One person/multiple careers? You are welcome to have multiple sources of income and have several jobs to build your perfect life!
Long term freelancing : Depending of the position, it is completely possible to be a long term freelancer.
Part-time contract : You need time for yourself, or time to do other activities. Here, we offer you the possibility to work part time.
