We are expanding and looking for an exemplary Virtual Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about growing our business and is available to overlap work hours with California.

The position is Remote/ Telecommute and is part-time initially.

Responsibilities:

Business Operations/ Marketing Tasks

  • Help with marketing research such as website, social media, SEO vendors, etc.
  • Help with recruitment tasks and supporting offshore recruitment strategy.
  • Support administrative needs of management on some key business initiatives.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Make suggestions for improvement, streamlining, and automation of administrative processes; research, implement, and continue to improve upon selected options.
  • Plan and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
  • Email/correspondence management.
  • Create presentations.
  • Conduct research on various topics.
  • Provide customer/supplier support.
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years, hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration, marketing, and/or business operations.
  • Can overlap work hours with California.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet among others.
  • Ability to learn new tools/software quickly.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
