POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Installation Made Easy (IME) provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.

The Talent Acquisition Manager position will develop an understanding of the workforce needs and provide strategies to attract and hire best in class talent for open opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all internal hires in addition to managing relationships and recruitment lifecycle for hires that utilize an external recruiter. This role may also execute onboarding and implement other staffing initiatives.

An ideal candidate for this role will be able to interpret positions as described by hiring managers and determine appropriate candidate profiles and skillsets needed. The Talent Acquisition Manager must be resourceful, creative, and proactive so that hiring needs are met in a timely manner. Candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills which are necessary to effectively and efficiently manage recruitment lifecycle and share with executive leadership. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the first representative of the company that candidates will interface with and as such should be incredibly professional and embody the companys Core Principles. The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote environment.

Essential Functions:

· Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Human Resources Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.

· Collaborates with department hiring managers to determine hiring needs including candidate traits and skillsets, write job descriptions, and create job requisitions.

· Posts and monitors all job requisitions and coordinates correspondence with candidates.

· Reviews and short lists candidate resumes and conducts phone screens to identify top tier candidates to fill open opportunities.

· Communicates availability and coordinates scheduling of any second and third interviews with hiring managers.

· Connects with new hires to acquire and process all necessary documentation for onboarding.

· Creates new hire employment profiles within the companys HRIS.

· Coordinates a first day orientation meeting with new hires to introduce company policies and procedures.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3+ years experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates or a role whereby recruiting was a main function.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
