The remote recruiting internship is for young professionals who want to…

  • Use your sales and recruiting skills in the USA while serving an international organization.

  • Get practical experience developing recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

  • Experience shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful professionals.

Operation Mobilization (OM) is a multicultural organization. We strive to live all of life on mission with God in the everyday places of life and work where access to the gospel is limited (or non-existent).

Though interns will not physically be together, check-ins and group meetings help build community. Several internships are available each semester. A stipend is provided upon satisfactory completion of the internship.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in evaluating client process enhancement

  • Develop strong follow-up processes to stay in contact with possible future candidates

  • Track top-end reach and engagement numbers

  • Submit posts on various platforms for lead nurturing

  • Respond to telephone or web-based inquiries

  • Develop client relationships and retain existing accounts

  • Collect and analyze recruiting metrics

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major

  • Completed Sophomore or Junior year of college or Recent Graduate

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-Motivated

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • All interns must formally accept and abide by OM USA’s Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.

Qualifications of on-field supervisor:

  • As an intern, you will work directly for OM management team members who have experience in the corporate world in their field and in international nonprofits.

Accreditation:

  • Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
