Nuix is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a short-term contract role (3-4 months) to support with end-to-end transactional recruitment across a mix of regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER).
This role is located in Australia and can be fully remote. (Must be located in Australia)
Key Responsibilities - Full-cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process. - Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to actively source and attract qualified candidates. - Application Screening : Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. - Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient interview process. - Offer Management : Work closely with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. - Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process. - ATS Management : Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. - Reference Checking : Conduct reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and assess their compatibility with the organization. - Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruiting process. - Metrics and Reporting : Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to assess the efficiency and success of the recruitment process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - Equivalent experience in a related field, such as human resources, recruiting, or sales. - Strong understanding of the recruiting process and how to attract and assess top talent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to do end-to-end transactional recruiting with little to no supervision, - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience using ATS’ (Pinpoint is strongly preferred).
