General Virtual Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience - Philippines Remote Do you enjoy the accuracy of accounting and the personal touch of customer interaction? We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative!
In this combined role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records while also handling essential communication with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare general ledger entries
Assist with payroll processing
Generate financial reports
Maintain accurate accounting records
Communication:
Answer and direct phone calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner
Make outbound calls to recruit and assist in applying.
Communicate clearly and concisely through email and other forms of written communication
Additional duties:
Data entry
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional and courteous demeanor
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
