The Senior Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups by providing strategic and consultative guidance on identified collaborative initiatives, assessment of potential risk profiles and conducting policy audits, proposals and renewals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in servicing key accounts while prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate delivery of key objectives.
Manage a Book of Business (focus on larger clients) - Marketing - Proposals and Presentations - Client Requests - Contract Review - Product Expertise - Cross-Selling - Account Strategy - Participate in Claims Reviews - Mid-Year Client Strategy Meetings
Business Development - Assist Producers on Prospective Opportunities including meetings, strategy and qualification - New Business Marketing strategy - Assign account team (AE and AM) - Presentations and RFPs
Service Team Leadership - Direct coaching and managing Commercial Account Executives - Identifying opportunities for development in team members - Provide performance evaluations and accountability for goals - Hold team accountable to service timelines, quality control standards and procedures
Market Relationships - Point Person for Carriers, Wholesalers and Intermediaries - Provide Markets with strategic intel on book of business - Arrange marketing visits, discuss growth strategy, review numbers, set goals and hold markets accountable to RSC standards - Develop relationships with management - Local point person for partner

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $88,000 - $148,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
