Job description

Recruitment Specialist for the Nordics – Audiovisual Localization (UK, SP, FR, DE, IT)

For our client, an international leader in media localization, we are looking for an energetic and committed recruiter with fluency in a Nordic language, and connections to the Nordic region and its localization industry, to join a team of specialists on search campaigns for freelance translators. 


About the Role

As a Project Coordinator on the Recruitment team, your primary focus will be to coordinate the flow of information among different recruitment and localization stakeholders, including individual translators. You will be monitoring communications with translators throughout the recruitment process and tracking their progress from first contact to testing to onboarding and training. Through your passion for communication and collaboration, you will empower the translators to fully engage with the program and perform at their best level to deliver high-quality translations of unique, high-quality original content. You will work cross-functionally with Linguistic Quality, Talent Acquisition, Payments, Project Coordination, and Vendor Management to support Deluxe to continue being a leader in the localization industry.


About our Client

Our client is an international media company whose clients include motion picture groups, television studios, digital content providers, and advertising agencies.


Location

The position can be fully remote in the UK, Spain, France, Germany or Italy.
Alternatively, hybrid or office based in Barcelona, Madrid or Paris.


Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of localization and translation, preferably in the audiovisual sector. (Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not necessary.)
  • Good connections in the Nordic localization community
  • Native speaker of a Nordic language
