About HR Plus (Talent)

HR Plus (Talent) Limited is founded by a Group of Inhouse HR. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptive, and responsible to take on the role as our Senior/ Recruitment & Branding Consultant.

Our goal is to help our corporate client to identify the suitable candidate & improve their Employer Brand. You will be not only involved in the entire recruitment cycle, such as networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates, liaising with clients. You will be also working closely with our Creative & Production Director on Branding Projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and target clients
  • Achieve sales growth and target through a combination of the up-selling and cross-selling of our existing customer base whilst developing a robust new business customer prospect pipeline
  • Explore new business opportunities via market research & need analysis
  • Design, develop and deliver targeted campaigns for our corporate client to attract talent
  • Source, screen and interview the best candidates to meet clients’ needs
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates

Requirements:

  • University degree or related education discipline
  • Strong passion in recruitment, a desire to influence candidates/clients on choosing their best fit jobs/candidates
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience and always go extra miles
  • Results-oriented and target driven, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active team player and self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
