What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an exceptionally driven and dedicated Recruiter to take full ownership of hiring at UENI. You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, playing a crucial role in attracting top talent that will help us scale and achieve our ambitious goals.

You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring we hire the best candidates while delivering a first-class recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have significant internal recruitment experience, a deep understanding of business goals, and the ability to identify individuals who are a perfect cultural fit.

This role requires fluent written and spoken English. Candidates must be based in Central/South America.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across all roles, including technology and business positions

  • Partnering with company leaders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referrals

  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, with a focus on active and passive candidates

  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks

  • Screening resumes and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process

  • Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring stages with internal stakeholders

  • Driving the offer process: extending offers, closing candidates, and preparing offer letters

  • Creating and implementing recruitment strategies and policies to improve hiring practices

  • Designing and promoting employee referral programs
