Recruitment Manager

Job Description


Perceptive Analytics is looking for a Recruitment Manager who has substantial out bound experience recruiting latent talent (not the ones actively looking on LinkedIn). We prefer thinkers who can spot dedicated talent, pursue and convert and who have worked in smaller companies and looking to grow into a broad based HR responsibility with a focus on Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

 ·         Lead overall recruiting strategy for both the short- and long-term needs of the business

·         Identify and build talent pipeline to hire the best talent through out bound and in bound techniques

·         Evaluate candidates’ strength and commitment

·         Develop new ideas and strategies for talent acquisition

·         Execute selection process (review resumes, arrange interviews, reference checks etc.)

·         Candidate onboarding

·         Guide recruiting team and execute hiring techniques

Qualifications

 

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment

·         Recruiting and interviewing skills

·         Proven work experience in out bound technical recruitment

·         Effective communication skills

·         Excellent in English communication – oral & written

·         Self-starter and Ability to operate with minimum supervision

Location

 

The company is based out of Hyderabad. All new joinees will have the option to work from the office. In addition, if they want to work from home that option is also available.
