Responsibilities:
Researching the English-speaking market and identifying potential clients in the IT sector
Engaging with clients via outbound emails, social media, and other communication channels
Qualifying potential clients and determining who is ready to discuss a partnership with the company
Working with CRM system to track and manage leads
Scheduling initial discovery meetings with the companys salespersons
Updating client and lead information in the management system in a timely manner
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in IT sales (preferable in outstaffing/outsourcing)
Proven experience in generating leads through various channels (CrunchBase, Clutch, UpWork, A)
Good knowledge of technology and trends in the IT industry
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Proficiency in sales automation tools (like Appolo), experience working with CRM systems and other sales management tools
Ability to work individually and in a team with a focus on results
Strong persuasion skills
