Job Type and Work Arrangement

  • This position is offered as a remote contract, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location.with the requirement to be available during the American time zone from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • The role operates on an hourly basis, providing the flexibility to accommodate various scheduling needs and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Market Research:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new sales opportunities within the construction technology sector.

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns utilizing a combination of cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement to attract potential clients.

Client Engagement and Sales:
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present Aayla Solutions' offerings effectively.

  • Persuasively negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company capabilities.

Collaboration and Strategy Development:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies, optimizing the outreach and engagement process.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of Aayla Solutions' products, enabling the delivery of accurate and compelling value propositions to potential clients.

Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
  • Maintain diligent follow-up with leads throughout the sales funnel to ensure progress and address any concerns or queries.

  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction with Aayla Solutions' services.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation and sales strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to improve outcomes and meet sales targets.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, sales progress, and market trends to senior management, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A focus on construction management or technology is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals, preferably within the construction technology sector.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and navigating complex sales cycles.

  • Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools, including cold calling, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders and potential clients.

  • Deep understanding of the construction technology market, including key players, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently in a remote setting.
