Job description

Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Number of hours: 10-20 hours/week

Schedule: UK, London Time


Tasks required:

  • Generate and source out leads through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Reach out to unit managers, commission managers, IT managers, community heads, coordinators, etc.
  • Schedule lead appointments as well as follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (email, chat, calls.)
  • Contact new leads, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, chat, calls.)
  • Procure the leads contact details (work email addresses, mobile numbers, telephone numbers, etc.)
  • Knows how to do lead prospecting and follow the companys buyer persona
  • Track prospects, timelines, hot buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM
  • Must have the ability to create responses aligned with the companys messaging and drive the conversation to an appointment
  • Develop email marketing campaigns for the client
  • Make templates and necessary edits out of an existing layout, according to the preferred branding
  • Deploy email campaigns on the clients behalf ensuring each campaign is sent to the appropriate audience at the correct date and time
  • Localize the promotional and content merchandising strategy in key strategic locations in order to provide customers a better experience
  • Set up and send out newsletters and monitor the open rates, unsubscribes, and other established KPIs
  • Manage the email QA process by checking all important aspects of the email campaign, including, but not limited to, links, subject line, preheader, creative, and legal, and by completing the QA Checklist
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

    Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist is required
  • Must have experience in email marketing and marketing automation software
  • Knows how to source out leads for the companys industry
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
  • Very particular on the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to use
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Exhibit strong work ethic and initiative
  • Clear and concise communicator with effective English verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
