Alpha lion is offering a once in a life time opportunity for an exceptional bold and data driven vice president of marketing to join our fast paced and rapidly growing sports nutrition company. As a key player in our leadership team you will manage.


Responsibilities:

  • Caraft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with your business objectives boosts brand awareness and drives customer acquistior and retention.
  • Lead mentor and scale high performing marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and ongoing inrpovement .
  • Manage all marketing channels including digital marketing social media , email. influencer , content, PR and events , ensuring a unified and consistent brand meddage .
  • Collaborate with cross funtional teams to create and execute new product growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are alocated effectively and generating a robust ROI.\Cultivate and maintain relationships with key indutr partners , influencers, and media to amplify our brand's reach and reputation.
  • Remain current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tecknologies to maintain a competitve edge and drive continuous Growth.

Requirements:

Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Leadership: A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and growing high performing team fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and continuous inrplvement.
  • Strategic thinking : Adept at cragting and executing comprehensived marketing cunstomer acquisition, and retention.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with experience managing a significant and a strong ambition to scale it further. The candidate should be consistently "on" and not limited to a traditional 9-5 work schedule.
  • Hands-on Approach: Skilled in both strategizing and executing, with a willingness to actively participate in projects, coaching team members, and ensuring goals are met.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention Expertise:

 Proven experience in developing and implementing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

Strong Cross-functional collaboration:

Experience working closely with cross functional teams to create and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.

Data-driven Decision Making: Proficient in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.

Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and generating a strong ROI.

Industry Awareness: Stays up to date on industry trends, and competitor activities. and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous growth.

Relationship building: Skilled in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, influences, and media to enhance the brand's reach and reputation.

Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to lead with empathy and navigate complex situations to achieve successful business outcomes.

Education & Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing. Business Administration. or a related field with a solid background in marketing leadership roles preferably in the sports nutrition or health industry.
