Travel Desk cum front desk Executive.

As a Travel Desk cum Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services and managing travel-related activities. This role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  3. Handle and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  4. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Travel Desk Responsibilities:
  1. Assist employees and clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
  2. Research and provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
  3. Candidate should have sound knowledge of Visa Process.
  4. Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  5. Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and relevant information to travelers.

Administrative Support:
  1. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  2. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  3. Assist in organizing company events or meetings.

Customer Service:
  1. Address customer queries and concerns related to travel arrangements.
  2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.

Record Keeping:
  1. Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and related documentation.
  2. Update and organize visitor logs and other front desk records.

Qualifications and Experience
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in travel and tourism is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in using travel booking platforms and office software.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  7. Minimum experience 4 Years

Working Conditions:
