JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Resp: Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards | Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination | Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints. KSAs: Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisionsWorks with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. High school diploma and 1-3 year s of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience(or equivalent)

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
