The Salesforce FSA Lead plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the implementation, customization, and enhancement of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSA) platform. This role is essential in driving the adoption and optimization of the Salesforce FSA solution to meet our business objectives and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce FSA based on business requirements
Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce FSA to align with industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce FSA with other systems and applications
Drive the adoption of Salesforce FSA by providing user training and support
Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce FSA configuration, processes, and guidelines
Manage and prioritize ongoing enhancements and feature requests for Salesforce FSA
Perform regular system maintenance and ensure data integrity within Salesforce FSA
Stay updated with Salesforce FSA releases and evaluate their impact on the existing implementation
Provide insights and analytics on Salesforce FSA usage and performance
Optimize and automate business processes through Salesforce FSA workflows and approvals
Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of Salesforce FSA
Lead and mentor junior Salesforce FSA consultants and administrators
Conduct workshops and discussions to gather requirements and design solutions
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce FSA and guide stakeholders in leveraging its capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder credentials
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and customization
Proven experience as a lead consultant in Salesforce FSA implementation projects
Expertise in Salesforce FSA configuration, customization, and data modeling
Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce FSA with external systems and applications
Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and best practices
Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Salesforce analytics and reporting capabilities
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce FSA
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues related to Salesforce FSA
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and mobile configurations
Thorough understanding of Salesforce security model and data privacy regulations
Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support for Salesforce FSA
